Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay. Refund eligibility may vary during peak seasons and special events.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notification, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued. Please contact us if there are any delays in your arrival.

3. Early Check-Out Policy

Guests who decide to check out before the scheduled departure date will be charged for the full duration of their reservation. Refunds for early check-out will not be provided.

4. Processing of Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
